Support the planning, design review and execution of structural works across infrastructure projects. Coordinate with project teams and consultants while ensuring structural requirements, drawings and construction standards are followed.

Monitor and maintain quality standards across construction activities. Inspect materials and workmanship, coordinate testing and documentation, and ensure project execution complies with approved specifications and quality requirements.

Coordinate and supervise highway and road construction activities, including site execution, measurements, material coordination and quality monitoring. Work closely with project teams to maintain specifications, timelines and construction standards.

Manage human resources activities including recruitment, employee coordination, workforce planning, HR policies, documentation and employee engagement. Support the organisation in building a capable and productive workforce.

Manage the complete tendering process from opportunity identification and tender documentation to submission. Coordinate technical and commercial inputs, review requirements and ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
